  The confirmation phone I received from the office was very polite.
  The driver showed up exactly on time and presented herself in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  We had interesting conversations about the world, economy, Bulgarian culture, and more.
  I traveled from a specific address in Plovdiv to a specific address in Sofia.

  Put together a day’s itinerary in Ruse and all was accommodated. Driver friendly, timely and clean car. Communication leading up to day was great and frequent. Could not have asked for a better experience.

  Incredibly professional service provided by Unitrans, I have already recommended to all my friends and family. Very responsive, clearly communicating and always turning up on time with no surprises (all pre-determined fixed rates as advertised on the website) - and all in a very polite manner. Cannot ask for more - my complete admiration to the people running this business. We used them 3 times in a week and they politely accommodated all our changing needs.
