Hotel Entrance:
The hotel is located in the heart of Yambol's City centre right next to the central park. Taxi rank is just outside, very clean entrance with well kept front.
Reception:
We had a call from reception approximately 11:30 on day of checking in, by a very polite female, that told us that she would like to know what time we will be arriving at the hotel so she can wait for us outside (a bit like meet and great) which I thought was very nice and made us feel quite special. So far so good. When we arrived, we had to go in an extremely small lift that is just too small for 3 people as the receptionist had to key in a fob to take us to the 12th floor and if you don't like tight spaces you would not be able to get in that lift. You will also not have a barrier stopping you to see all the floors that you pass as you go up or down with the lift, mind your hands and bags. When we arrived at the 12th floor it was a bit strange as I felt that I was in someone's house/office, it did not feel like a reception in a hotel.
Room:
We had a double room with double bed. The room itself is very modern and contemporary. The walls were painted dark grey which in my opinion made the room look smaller, the art on the wall was quite cool. There were 2 chairs and deck and not much space for anything else. The worst part for me it was that I could not open any windows. I know that it's made for safety reasons but being in a room that the only way to let air in is to open your room door is a big no no for me.
Bed:
Bed was good size, comfortable and with clean sheets and 4 pillows. Blanket, sheet cover and douvet in the wardrobe
Toilet/Bathroom:
It was a bathroom and toilet joined with wet room, no bath. Big boiler above the toilet seat. The shower head was big but the pressure of the water was weak.
Facilities:
A big plus was a free to use coffee and water machine right outside our room. FREE WiFi, glasses, coat hanger, shampoo and shower gel (only 2 very small packs) soaps, clean towels, sewing kit, hairdryer, great flat TV that you can turn towards the bed with good selection of channels, mini fridge. There was air-conditioning in the room, but it felt very humid throughout the whole time and it felt more like a fan that air-conditioning
Checkout:
Checkout time is by 12:00, although we decided to leave at 9:00. We went down to reception assuming that we can Checkout at the main reception to which we were told that they are separate from the Panorama Top floor and we have to call them to checkout. After calling the same lady we checked in with, we were told to leave the keys inside the room and close the door. Not the bests of checkouts.
Would I Stay Again?
They have tried to make a good and modern hotel, but haven't thought it through. I would not be staying again as for the 70lv we paid there are bigger and better rooms you can stay in Yambolresponse / report this review -

The hotel is in the heart of Yambol, right next to the city center. I used only the parking lot,which is paid.
