You see replica but is very well done. Historical fact some of objects from the 4th century. The original is preserved under new building near by.

What you get to see is a replica, but it appears to have been faithfully done, and captures the feel of the original. Excellent place to see Thracian building and art.

The Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak is a unique tomb dating back to the 4th century BCE! It is really amazing and totally worth a visit.

Although you can't see the actual tomb but it's replica, this place is totally worth the visit. It actually helps you put things into perspective and undertstand that ancient Thracians were quite more developed as a socity than we, modern people, think. Plus, it's beautiful!

In Kazanluk museums takes extra money for takeing photographs. In Varna, Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie I didn't experienced that. Though prices are ridiculously low.

In theory this should be a mind blowing experience, but in practice it's very underwhelming. Thracian history in the region of modern day Bulgaria and Greece is really more interesting than you'd know from visiting this tiny tomb. Do yourself a favor and go read about the history of Thrace, but don't go out of your way to see this tomb.
