Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The workers there are plain rude and incompetent about anything you could possibly ask them. You're always being watched as if you are about to steal something. The warranty they offer with their products is basically fake and even though my laptop was only 8-9 months old, they couldn't fix it for free. They tried to accuse me of incorrect use of the device as well as offered to fix it for almost 1/5 the original product. The service they are offering and using is a 3rd party who promised to send me pictures of the issues and never did. After being told that the warranty doesn't cover literally anything, I asked what it actually covers. I was told that it says it in the manual. A technician who fixed my laptop two times cheaper advised me to request the photos and file a claim against them, which I intend to do as soon as possible. Honestly, I'd much rather shop for gadgets in the Kaufland which is across the street. Zero stars.
