Повече няма да им се обадя!Направо съм потресена !10 мин след като трябваше да простигне на адрес колегата още го нямаше,обадих се в централната от където ми отговориха,че колата е в другия край на блока и ще му обясни къде трябва да дойде!Видяхме фаровете на колата която стоеше в другия край на блока,дори не помръдна,не да ни потърси!Вали дъжд ,след още 5 мин таксито обърна и си тръгна!!!

Very bad. Told us the price is 25 EUR vom Burgas Airport and at the End it was 35 EUR. He stopped at the wrong place and did not want to drive to the correct hotel. Be careful!!!

Super 🚖. Bardzo dobra alternatywa dla transferów oferowanych przez biura podróży. Czas dojazdu z lotniska 🛬 do hotelu 🏨 krótszy niż autokarem bo jedziemy bezpośrednio bez zbędnego postoju, a i cena dużo niższa niż przejazd autobusem 🚌 z biura podróży. Polecam 👍. Taksówki czyste 🚕 , a kierowcy pomocni.

Booked taxi transfer online from UK for round trip to Sozopol. Received email confirmations promptly with instructions. Kris the driver provided a friendly welcome and made the drive to Sozopol fly by. Return transfer with Kris was just as good with a friendly and courteous manner at all times. He arrived promptly at the arranged time.Would highly recommend service to and from Burgas as made start and end of our holiday a relaxed and pleasant experience. Thank you Kris.

I've booked the taxi for me and my friend about two days earlier from Varna to Bourgas airport. I've received the e-mail confirming my reservation. I 've forgotten to give the exact address but after receiving the mail asking for completing the details, I did it earlier than 24 hours before our schedulded time of pick-up. And what was happened? The driver didn't arrive and my friend called the company. The lady, which she talking with, said that they did not receive my answers (I sent them even two times) and she was unlike to help us. The offer that she only gave was a taxi in at least 1 hour (1 hour delay in coming for the airport is not acceptable, isn't it?) and she promised the manager would contact with us. He/she didn't call, my friend called once again. She didn't get any details, even any kind of apologize. Finally, we had to order another taxi. So, summarizing, I do not recommend this company, the client service was really bad, and it was really stressfull for us as anyone who is trying to get to the airport and catch the plane.
