Ужасно заведение! Не ходете там! Бавно и нелюбезно обслужване! Чакахме за пържени картофки цял час и накрая ни ги донесоха студени! Демонстративно си тръгнахме след като ни скъсаха нервите от чакане за ужасна храна!

Αν είχε και πιο χαμηλή βαθμολογία, θα την έβαζα. Δεν έχω συναντήσει στη ζωή μου τόσο αγενείς σερβιτόρες και τόσο κακές στο σέρβις. Ήμασταν 4 άτομα και οι 4 έχουμε την ίδια γνώμη. Το φαγητό μέτριο. Φυσικά και δεν το προτείνω.

Не съм довлен от обслужването. Сервитьорката е за смяна незабавно. Забавя и забравя поръчки. Много е неадекватна и нелюбезна. Лоша хигиена в тоалетните, липсват светещи лампи и талетна хартия. Потърсете си по-уютно място. Има ги в Ловеч.

Food is ok but I won't ever go here again because the waitress that served us was THE WORST!!! A year ago my family and I came on vacation here and we assumed she was having a bad day. We were a party of 6 and even tipped her despite her being just plain rude the whole time. I know Bulgarians have a different type of customer service but this was undoubtedly just plain rude. I won't return here because of this one waitress which is a shame. She looks miserable as hell and you as the customer are at fault for that as soon as you walk in. Not to mention that she brings out the food at random intervals. Anyway we came back this time and lo and behold the same lady is serving us! We should not have assumed she was having a bad day the last time, because we had a terrible time dealing with her horribleness. It took her forever to even give us menus and once we were ready to order it was like it was so beneath her to take the order and was impatient with us the whole time. We ordered some things from the menu which were apparently missing. Instead of apologizing, she was ANNOYED AT US FOR ORDERING OFF THE MENUsince the item was missing!!!!! I couldn't even believe that. And my mom speaks Bulgarian (better than I can) so it wasn't our poor ordering skills that were to blame for her annoyance. Well lady, just so you know we tip VERY generously but we gladly left without tipping. I'm too irritated to even translate this in Bulgarian for Bulgarian patrons to this place but TOURISTS BEWARE. Maybe this particular waitress is just rude to tourists since she doesn't care but I think everyone deserves respect. After the fact we asked our B&B host for recommendations about where to eat without saying where we did, and he told us that basically all the local places are nice EXCEPT for this. I'm sorry to say this one waitress is probably giving the place and other members of staff a bad name at least when it comes to drumming up tourist business. I'm sure there are other nice waitresses there but sadly our bad luck meant we were served by this particularly unhappy one both times!
