This building is the only mall in the city of Pleven. It's not so big like the malls in the other cities, however there are places enough to visit over there. The top floor has the usual stuff - places to have some food. The cinema over there is great, especially the VIP hall. They have various fast food if you need a quick bite. The place isn't so crowdy, so no matter when you go - you can still browse the place without worrying there will be people all over you. This building is the second attempt of making big mall in the city, and I think this time is "mission accomplished". The location is not in the center of the city, however you have several options to go there no matter if you don't own a car. The place has nearby bus station, public transportation route and even railway station in the area.

Great location next to the train station and city transport

Din`t like it at all, but it is mine vision. I have just wen`t to have a sandwich and there is only McDonalds for such fast food.
