I had the best experience at this salon and with Desi. She did an absolutely beautiful color and cut and captured the look that I have been wanting for some time now. I wish they could open a salon in California :)

Good service a bit busy between 5 n 7 you should make always an appointment. They seem to be a bi cocky but actually do a really good job. They ask questions and offer advise, but dont force it. which to me is a key to good customer service

Staff is polite and professional. They are very careful to suggest ,but not to force their opinion on you,which is hard to find. Prices are quite good for the service offered and the quality of the service (you can find a 10 BGN haircut everywhere, but the results differ completely). They have a nice online reservation form and all the staff members that have cut my hair have done so brilliantly. Would not recommend the extra hair products.

I had balayage done at the hair salon and I couldn't be more pleased. Denis had done an amazing job and it was exactly what I wanted, he explained everything clearly and in detail. Everyone there is very polite and friendly. I recommend the place due to their professionalism and excellent customer service. Will definitely visit again.

I love the staff that is working here. Very polite and professional. Strict to the point, they respect the customer and know how to make a client happy. Good location, working time and prices. There is also an application that you can book your procedure or have an additional information. In my case I had a free consultation before the procedure.

Great place, where you can find comfort and distraction from the busy daily routine. I am very pleased from the services, because the people working there are not only hairdressers, but a true artists. Salute!

The service is good, very polite staff.
Polly, the manicurist is super good professional, works fast and perfect. The only thing missing is after the expansion they don't have space for pedicure, which is not good. Please find space for it!!!response / report this review
