  Great food. The interior is not really upscale but the staff is very friendly and the food is great. Strongly recommend the T-bone steak and the Rib eye steaks.

  For those prices food could be better. All was fresh made but steak was dry. In Milano steak cost 10 suro, in Rotterdam 12 euro, - in Kavarna 15 euro - WHY ?

  Poor and rude service. Food was good but not excellent. Waited over two hours for the meals after ordering. I think we caught them on a bad day possibly.

  Warm, friendly, efficient service. Huge plate helpings enough to spare to take home for cat or breakfast. But must book the day before for Sunday beef roast. Fell in love with waitress.

  Sylvia's steak house is a great place to dine, where nothing is too much bother. Visited by many British ex pats. There is also happy hour which is Tues & Weds. Every drink you purchase you get another free. What's not to like. Sunday roast is a must. A British breakfast is superb, and the meals overall are great. I have visited this location on many occasions over the years.

  Excellent service, and really good steaks!
  
  A rarity in Bulgaria, this place has some really good steaks, for a decent price (30-40 BGN for a nice piece of steak). The meat was fresh, and they actually knew how to make a Medium-Rare steak. (Another rarity in Bulgaria.)
  
  The food is priced well. We were looking for something normal to eat in the Balchik area that isn't the typical format that all restaurants have in Bulgaria (same menu items, same prices, same crappy service), and found this little gem of a place. It's a family business, and it shows.

  Food is good. Prices reasonable for what you get. Steaks are fine if not stellar. Ribs good too.
