Spaghetti Kitchen is a cozy place where one can enjoy tasty food!
good alchohol, greay food menu, good music, good vibe. if u want to drink well and eat well and enjoy a relaxed evening this place is a good choice
Spaghetti Kitchen is an Italian restaurant and American grill. The inside is a well laid out space, superbly decorated with brick and rich wooden flooring and beams. The kitchen downstairs is viewable from the restaurant. I had spaghetti and meatballs and shopska salad. The pasta and meatballs were good and were served quickly. The salad was fresh and the tomatoes had not been refrigerated, allowing them to retain their good flavor. In all, this was a good experience and I would recommend it. My only criticisms are that the place had way too many staff members for both the number of patrons and wait time I experienced. Secondly, the chairs and love seats are too low for the tables. Bring a phone book.
The impression from outside is great. The interior is great. We were excited to eat here. After we ordered food, the drinks came right after. Which is good.
We ordered three hot plates with a salad. I saw my plate already waiting at the counter to be served, but the personnel looks at it and takes no action. My friend was finished with his food, so we were waiting for the third plate.
We were sitting next to the counter and saw that the dish was ready to be served. Five of the personnel include the girl manager stood above the plate, brainstormed for a while, saw the plate and walked away.
So did the next three of the cooks.
It took them for more then fifteen minutes before they realized that it's not part of the decoration but real food that a customer has ordered and is waiting for.
The waitress obviously thought there's no need to check if the dish has the right temperature.
she might have been thinking, it's so hot outside, so we would be happy with a cold pizza.
But, unfortunately she was wrong.
If you like cold dishes, you can give Spaghetti kitchen a try, but if you like hot food go elsewhere.
Overrated place. Except for the fresh past with pesto, everything else was mediocre. The French fries were in there signature part of the menu, but unfortunately they were cold. What else to say your signature stuff is no good. Jam with the cheese was like silicon paste only tried it. 3 stars because of the pasta, it was really tasty and well prepared. Also they have a very pleasant backyard.
Good Italian food (pasta, pizza). A little bit pricey.
Great service. Wonderful presentation. Horrible food Dishes, marked as "signature dishes", tasted worse than sandwiches you can get from a street vendor.
Fresh ingredients. I ordered the pasta carbonara, which is very recommendable. They serve the food not very hot, so ask if you prefer your dish on a hot temperature
Nice atmosphere, despite being mostly underground. The food is great, but I'd say the pizzas are too large and the pasta portions are too small.
If you're looking for a cool-looking place, with great design and atmosphere, go here. But if it's food you're after, don't!
After trying their delivery food a few times, we went there in person, to see if it makes a difference. Turns out, some restaurants just have crappy food, regardless of the medium it gets served by.
The dishes, while wonderfully described in the menu, show up on the table as mere shadows of what your brain envisions. For a place that has "Spaghetti" and "Kitchen" in its name, I would have expected a whole lot more than what this place is offering.
Oh, one VERY good reason to come here (and why they earn an extra star) is the desserts. Their Chocolate Souffle is one of the best we've found in Sofia. (And if you follow my reviews, you know that's saying something.)
