Хотелът е супер. Храната е разнообразна и стаите са чисти. СПА центърът е страхотен, а жените, които работят там са изключителни професионалисти. Единственият проблем е че ползва басейна на другия хотел, а капацитетът на басейна не е за хора от два хотела.

Хотелът не ми хареса, водата в басейна и джакузито беше ужасно мръсна, храната не беше прясна. Като изключим любезните момичета на рецепцията, персоналът беше изключително намръщен и неучтив. Да не говорим, че си тръгнахме целите наядени от бълхи. Не го препоръчвам.

Kind of OK, but they could have been more polite, and the rooms need renovation. The breakfast was kind of limited, as well.

Всичко е хубаво. Но има нещо, което не е както трябва. Ако си в Хисаря, очакваш много вода, голям басейн. Тук вътрешния е малък, не отговаря на капацитета на хотела. Външен има, но е общ с хотел Гергана, а е малък и за всеки от тях. Тогава какво е предимството? Няма такова. Да. И затова повече няма да дойда.

В хотела е чисто, закуската беше на блок маса - много разнообразна и вкусна. Служителите бяха много учтиви и приятни. На хубаво място, близо до центъра. Бихме отишли отново :)

Ресторанта е приятен, но на шумна улица и е с високи цени. Персонала е учтив, но явно недостатъчен и обслужването е бавно. Спа центърът е с много малък басейн и няма релакс зона.

On the internet this hotel looks great, do not make my mistake and stay here. We booked 4 nights and left after 2, would have left earlier but Hissar nearby was fool. Receptionist looked as if our booking was unknown and did her best not to acknowledge me or smile. Hotel has a small pool in the basement which is very good. The other outside pool in some photos belongs to the hotel next door who charge guests from Astrea. The astrea mentions various bars only the ground floor one is open. The hotel has wifi and air conditioning which work up to the 2nd floor, above that rooms are unbearably hot & no wifi. The room would embarrass Travelodge. Sorry Travelodge you are very good. The en-suite is poor, shower doors need to be lifted to close. One fun aspect is you can play lift music in the shower room. The air conditioning unit is loud but is in affective when sun is out 2nd floor and above. Great views of next doors car par. Breakfast was an experience on day one the hot trays were switched off, after cooking in the room, filling the shower room with water, enjoying the music, stone cold eggs and bacon brought on an involuntary gag reaction. So moved on to toast with some lovely cut comb honey sadly I used the butter which was rancid. No juice. Coffee was plentyful and good. Left after 2 nights and they charged 50% on next 2 days lost bookings. Pay a little more Hissar hotel is brilliant.
