Красива природа, хубава храна с някои изключения, любезни и усмихнати хора. Но има някой недомислици. Има спа, но до него няма топла връзка. В спа-то има съблекални но са крайно малки. Като влязат двама души и не мога да се съблекат. Има фитнес но в ужасно състояние. Отдалечен без топла връзка от спа-то. Има детски кът, но като влязохме беше неотоплен с изключена печка. Стълбите от верандата на втория етаж са с теракот Докато има Сняг се хлъзга ужасно. Някой възрастен човек може да си счупи нещо. В стаите цялата настилка е теракот във всички стаи и пода е леден.

Beautiful hotel in Rodopi. Very clean and nice staff. Only the fitness center is not ok.

The staff is very helpful and kind, the place is very clean and well-maintained. Food is average, no complaints but also nothing to recommend. You have to walk through the yard to reach the SPA center, so it could be a harsh experience during the cold months (Changing and lockers rooms available if you don't want to run wrapped in a towel). Hot zone is not separated from the pool so don't be surprised to see little kids in the sauna :)

The hotel is good. We stayed at the villas. It was clean. the villa was right next to the forest. Fresh air was very relaxing, especially at mornings with a cup of Coffee

A wonderful place to rest. It is very nice here around so much foreigners. I could not find so nice place around our black sea. Here in Devin (and mostly in complex Ismena) you can relax with your girlfriend or your parents or with you children. It is beautiful and peaceful :).
