Great location. Near plenty restaurants and attractions. Modern,clean and feels safe.

The hotel is located at the heart of Sofia. It is close to the metro and many tourist hotspots. However, room was on the smaller side and my dining experience for both dinner and breakfast was just average.

Ok hotel. Not 5 star standard. Needs to more closely managed. Too many little things not right. Staff seem fine and helpful.

Centraly located, Elegant and classy.
Needs a bit of work on the restaurant menu options.
Great spacious and comfortable rooms.
Very polite personnel. Still needs a lot of work for refreshing in all terms. The hotel is dangerously getting very old.

I stayed here a while ago and wanted to give this hotel another try. I was very impressed. The staff are very professional. The rooms have been updated while still raining that old world charm (I am not a great fan of the style, but it is done well). I think currently this is the top value for the money in terms of high end business girl in Sofia. Obviously the location is killer. Breakfast is good.

As for cons - the gym is there But it is more of an afterthought although it is well appointed with equipment. The parking in the front is apparently run by the municipality, so the staff is sometimes not all that professional Overall - easy 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. My partner booked this as a surprise birthday getaway and it was a fantastic present. The room and building are of high quality, feeling very luxurious. The location is great for roaming around Sofia with access to pretty much everything you'd want.

The concierge was especially helpful, ordering us safe taxis as we couldn't due to the language barrier.

I can't comment on the price as it was a gift but I'm told it's very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, very polite staff, rooms are large with high ceilings but could do with updating (it looks like how your nan would like to decorate). Breakfast is amazing!

High Class Business hotel. Great venue for fairs and conference. All the facilities are excellent. Location is top central. A bit pricey though.

They treat you very well and the rooms are truly grand. Prices are good for this type of high end hotel according to American standards.
