Nice and clean place, close to Plovdiv, big indoor and outdoor pools! Our favorite hotel in Hisarya.

Very friendly staff! The service is 5 stars, makes you feel very welcome.
There numerous facilities, all well maintained! Outdoor swimming pool is good, large and worth for families. The therapy (not SPA) are really good and medical service is very professional!
Food is quite tasty, very well balanced to meet needs for people with kids, or weak stomachs.
If something would really be good to further expand is the lobby bar and the cocktails variety. Those that exists are very well made, just per the book.
Parking facility is well dimensionate to fit all cars.
Would recommend the hotel to families or couples.response / report this review -

Horrible mattresses with coil springs, Dirty bathrooms and curtains, otherwise friendly people n nice pools, but in my opinion not matching 4star hotel at all max 2star

The best outdoor pools in Hissar. The rooms are not well maintained, so mind the dirty carpet and bathroom. Breakfast is Ok but dine out in the city for lunch and dinner ;)

The hotel is very big with numerous rooms and option to choose between stadard class and deluxe class. We had a twin room in the deluxe class, the room was very spacious, the bath was huge and we also had a balcony. The only minus point regarding the room was that the drain in the shower was somehwat clogged.
The facility has a huge outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor olympic pool, indoor jacuzzi and a separate spa and wellness center with sauna, steam bath and more. All facilities are exceptionally clean and are being maintained to be in a great condition. You are not allowed to enter the indoor olympic pool without a swimming cap, which takes care of floating hair.
The whole facility is greatly maintained, the gardens and everything else is taken great care of. This having in mind that the facility is at least 30 years old.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The only downside I experienced was the food. We had breakfast and dinner included. While the food was tasty, there wasn't a lot of variety and some nights dishes would be empty halfway through dinner and wouresponse / report this review -

It is a warm and clean place, but I could not say that this is a four stars hotel. The SPA area is very mediocre and not worthy. The restaurant is big enough for celebrations and big company events, but the staff was not very friendly and professional. The good thing is that the hotel has a decent parking. I would not recommend to people searching for more luxurious stay.
