Great hotel for families, excellent room suite, nice pool and saunas. All clean and new. Good restaurant near the pool. Staff very friendly

Great for families. The pools where perfect. Rooms are decent, we had an apartment which the only two minor complains: no tv in main bad room and shower pressure was a bit poor

The place is amazing 😊! The air in this place was amazing it was so refreshing and I liked so much the smell of this old pine trees 🌲🌲🌲🌲!!!The whole place is surrounded by pine trees!
There is a main building with room's and SPA center whit mineral thermal water 💦! And yes it was very relaxing!
There are also some very beautiful and good designed family house's.
For the Bulgarian standard's it's a little bit expensive!

It could've been a pretty good experience but we had too many problems with the water in the villa even after we received some help form the staff. There was no hot water during the day, some water pressure problems and occasionally one of the toilets didn't have water to flush so we had to be creative. This was very unpleasant for our group of 4 people.
The wifi signal was bad and constantly disconnecting us while inside the villa.
I really liked how the dinner, which we had included, was handled and generally the food was really tasty. But two of us had stomach problems after eating. And the morning staff(mainly the older women) were very negative and rude. The younger staff and older men were great, though.
The spa area is nice for what it offers.
So it could be a really nice place, but for our problems the price was not justified.

Food quality and service in the restaurant is something that could be improved a lot.
Spa, hotel reception and views to the mountains are great. Rooms are nice, BUT I felt the smell of cigarettes smoked some time ago. Not sure if it is from the room itself or the air vent system.
