It's a great located hotel with beautiful independent villas in the woods, near the shiroka lake. I would be happy if they take care of whatever needs repairing and in a more careful way, avoiding ugly spots

The Spa was not working fully and the door knot broke (you reserve it for yourself) and we stayed trapped in for more than an hour in the winter. Nobody heard us screaming and we had to open the frozen door of the balcony to get out. The restaurant is expensive and theres no other place to eat in 30km. You're not given anything to start the fireplace when it gets down,the wood is wet and you have to look for more when its gone and also you have to cut it yourself. This is during winter with heavy snow. The houses are cozy and in the summer there are activities for families(horse rides,canoe etc) But winter is all about the view. Theres a huge lake infront of the complex which freezes and it's beautiful.

A nice and cosy place where you can spend brautiful moments with your loved ones. Beda are a bit small and uncomfortable.

Great place. Nice small houses overlooking too the lake. They have a lot options for your free time during summer and not so much out side. Still great place and good value for the money

The nature is amazing, the vilas are horrible!
We stayed over a weekend,with kids. There was no kitchen in the "vila". It is a small wooden house with tiny old bathroom terrible short beds and no facilities on site of any kind! The nearest "mini market" is 20km away and there is nothing on site, which makes me think that the people who run this place are lazy or very rich since they are simply not interested in giving you an6 service or to extend their business or income by simply having basic supply shop in the area. It is better to stay in a tent then in thise "Vilas".response / report this review -

Wonderful place to have a rest. Warm atmosphere, fireplace and best friends in The Rhodope mountain . Winter magic. Back to the nature. Back to your childhood.

Perfect for nature lovers! A really quiet place with amazing view on the lake. Plenty of activities (kayak, bikes, horse riding, hiking, fishing). Villas are perfect for a gtoyp if friends and nice evenings by the fire place. Highly recommended - dog friendly!
