Kind of expensive compared to other huts in bulgaria. The dorm rooms are very nice and clean with good views. The kitchen resturant isnt the best but has basic filling food. FYI People here do not speak english very well

Ugly hut and extremely rude unhelpful staff. When we asked if they were serving food we got yelled at and some grunts. Stay away, there are other great huts in the area, like Lovna, where the service is incredible and so is the scenery.

I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. It's +4` outside and they still can't turn the heating no matter that it's freaking cold to stay in the room, I can't even think about night time and sleeping in the bed only with one blanket - because you'll definitely need to wear all the clothes you've brought with yourself. As well as this - there's no hot water, so after a day long hike you are not even able to have a normal shower (the best option is only slightly warm water). If you only have any other choices apart from this place, do choose them - I can't mention any advantages of this place.

Overall good food and clean beds, the toilets and showers were a clear downside: Quite dirty and not much light, in one shower there was no curtain or light. Besides that the prices are reasonable.

More of a Hotel than a Hut. Nice rooms with great view and swallows flying around your window in summer. Great buffet, Bar and nice staff as well.

A star is too much for this place, sorry to say but with the lovely views and nature it is a pity that this hotel doesn’t do all this beauty good. Food was terrible, coffee watery, tee cold, toilets should be avoided at all costs. The whole ground floor smelled like urine. Go up with your food and water after a toilet before taking the lifts.

The people are nice. The location is spectacular. The food is hardly edible and the coffee we do not want to mention. There was yoghurt with nuts and honey that kind of saved the stay.

Currently renovating some floors. The food is not bad, but desserts are the expensive part. Cheap alcohol. Nice dining room with a nice chimney and really nice music. Polite personnel.
