Horrible customer service. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because some people are knowledgeable. Cashier's are horrible. They check your purse, bag or backpack like you are there to steal items. Return policy is practically non existent with subjective rules. Workers are on their cell phones texting. When we ask detailed questions they are visibly bothered. I'd understand (not accept, but understand if that was a Bulgarian store, where no one has ever traveled West to experience customer service). Workers need training in not only their area of expertise, but how to treat customers whose money pays their salaries. And would be better if the listed price number be picked up more often. Horrible experience.

I spoke to five people and the service ranged from okay to exceptional, then I tried to pay. They asked to look at my ID card. They searched some guy's backpack. I short, they are treating their clients as criminals.

Много добре зареден магазин. Не мога да се сетя за нещо което нямат. Цените са малко завишени, но ако се пазарува по време на промоции е изгодно.

В практикер отдавна не ходя , по простата причина, че не нося кеш, а те винаги на касата искат лична карта.Е, няма да стане тяхната.Никъде ЗАКОНОВО не е, регламентирано това.И други са ми казвали, че за това само оглеждат там и. пазарят другаде.А, щом има балами като Вас не се оплаквайте :) :) :)
