I have been looking for a way to send gifts to my relatives in Bulgaria for a long time, and I am very satisfied with this company. Their site is very "user friendly", they have so many choices of nice products and the service was 100000/10! The personalized stuff is very high quality and the presentation of the basket itself is beautifully done. I can't wait to order again.

I had to urgently get a gift for my mother, so I chose the online store and so as not to wait for my delivery to arrive online, I decided to go to the physical store. He is extremely far from me (I am in Zheleznitsa, he is on the volunteer) my journey is one hour in the best circumstances. After my exhausting journey, I finally managed to find the store. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to open the door and it said that the physical store does not work, although it is not specified anywhere, and when you check the working hours on the Internet it says that it is open, not vice versa.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
When I asked if a gift could be wrapped for me on the spot at their place, I was answered - There is no way for today, maybe tomorrow 🤦♂️
I asked why?
- Well, we are an online store and we don't have a physical opportunity 😂🤦♂️That's what they tell me while wrapping gifts in an hour when there were also free employees who weren't on vacation but just having fun😂
Just to explain to you what it means that we do not have the opportunity physically according to "this worker bee" 😏! - The girl who answered me that she was already busy had literally nothing to do! Well, apart from being sulky 🤦♂️The gift I wanted to wrap is the size of a human fist. But, this worker bee has no time except to pout and fut.
