I purchased a regular telephone set, came home - the phone was in Greek language and the instructions too. I went back to the store, they were nice and printed one in Bulgarian for me.
What disappointed me in the store was: I asked the store manager for a specific memory (showed the exact name of the memory needed for my Mac computer). The manager assured me that they have it and i should bring my 21.5 inch monitor desktop in.
Well, i did, and i had to take a taxi both ways and waste some of my time. Once I arrived in the store, it turned out - they don't have this memory. The manager did not even apologize for this inconvenience but disappeared somewhere without making sure I was served correctly (I assume he did not want to admit his mistake).response / report this review -

The staff are very present and available - however, they aren't super knowledgeable about their products. I've visited a few times - once was sold an Ethernet device which I was told would be plug and play, but actually required the download of special drivers to use with a Mac (inconvenient, as I needed it to connect to the internet); and once was told that they did not carry an item, which was clearly in stock when I searched for it, myself.
Their selection is ok, and the prices aren't bad - but check out is super slow, and you should definitely double-check the answers you receive from staff, as conducting any sort of return is a total pain.response / report this review -

They offer a poor choice of electronics and the store isn't big at all. The personal is helpful but that doesn't compensate for the lack of choice and the fact that some things are more expensive compared to other stores

They offer a lot of new gadgets and have competent staff. Here I buy spare inks for my old Epson RX600 printer too as well as many other consumables.

Disappointing first experience. After losing half day to get there to take a look at Google pixel phone. On the place appeared that the phone actually is not available. It has to be first ordered. The guy there told me that the people who want this phone know that they want it and go straight to order. After loosing my time I will order it from anywhere but not from Plasio.
