I love this mountain! It's full of amazing natural sides and beautiful places. You can find everything for you vacation - high class hotels, family houses with SPA, huts, bungalows and camping places.

this national park is full of information boards and a lot of well marked paths and small hostels to stop and eat. or take a break for a while. Its easy to get to it as there are small shuttles taking you up to there every half an hour. The views from up the top of the Pirin mountains are stunning.

Definitely plan enough time to walk around (you can spend hours there). It's very peaceful and if you are quite you can even see some wild animals.

Gives a great skiing and snowboarding experience for beginners to intermediates, as there aren't so many slopes. Park looks good, and full of life. It's easy and clear how to go around.

Maybe the most beautiful mountain in Bulgaria. Even though it's a national park protected by UNESCO it cannot be protected from Bulgarian foolishness and mafia's greed. Conditions in huts are awful and the service is beyond any description. Hotels in Bansko are already deep into the are of the park and the ski resort does not give a cent for the preservation of the nature being destroyed by human activities. But if you can cope with those the nature is magnificent and high in the mountains you'll find the tranquility and feel alive.
