I like the fact that it is small, and you can find everything you need right away, without having to walk for miles. It has big grocery store with everything in it, it has a cool coffee shop at the top floor, all the Bulgarian cell phone and telecommunication providers have offices in there, plus it even has a Currency Exchange Bureau (Varchev). Also, a big underground parking lot, and two seperate outside parking lots.

A bit overcrowded, but still a great place for grocery and general shopping. Parking is too small, the store itself is chaotic.
