Hotel awesome. But Golden sands not good for Irish / English.

The surprise of the hotel are the amazing physiotherapists (tried 2 of 3). Rooms are clean, interior is poorly though. Restaurant offers monotonous variety of food - same breakfast possibilities 6 days in a row. I found mould on a bread, which speaks about the general quality of the food. Staff at reception desk is inexperienced and unqualified. We needed a document printed out and sent by fax - couldn't get any of both services. Location is very quiet but difficult to access on foot. Both indoor and outdoor pools are clean. In general the hotel is nice but there is many things that have to be improved.

The hotel was nice, but the manageress was rude and very unprofessional as we are a family of four my 2 children were not in connecting rooms and she would not accommodate, and we were charged adult prices for my children and was told by manageress that if they are 12 and over they are classed as an adult. My daughter is 11 and still the manageress would not acknowledge that there is a price difference and was rude and blunt in telling me that there is nothing they are going to do about it.
