There was a problem with the heating and nobody warned us at check in - 4 hours later with outside temperature of 6 degrees C when I called to check when the heating will be running - there was no apology but an answer - soon! The masseur was eating during the massage and not wearing shoesOne of the worst experiences ever! The hotel, the view and the spa is nice but the staff can only serve one star hut!

Amazing place, lovely service and greatly maintained! Fabulous food and restaurant and we were more than pleased with the service and special attention we got from our waiter- Alexander!
SPA center is really cosy and clean, very relaxing being there!
All in all- lovely place and we would be more than happy to get back there again!

I could not recommend this hotel more! It’s newly renovated, tastefully furnished, the rooms are big, the beds are comfy, and it has a wonderful spa area. But, above all, the staff are wonderful - going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We have a small baby and the staff have been very accommodating about our needs. It’s our second stay here (in a two bedroom apartment) and we plan to make it a tradition.

Very good plays in the mountain. The rooms are really big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a bit poor and the presentation of the food is really basic. The waiters are yank and helpful. Wheat small tach this place will be the best Spa resort.

Excellent place for a rest and fun. I also recommend the restaurant even though we got different service in 2 weeks period. I suggest that if you don't like anything talk to the manager. The pool is nice, but I prefer to stay away from it.

Препоръчвам Хотел Орбита Благоевград! :)
Хотелът се намира на тихо и прохладно място, а условията са отлични!
Комплексът разполага с много хубав ресторант и просторна и приятна лятна градина!
Обслужването е на ниво - любезни и усмихнати служители, както на рецепцията, така и сервитьори и бармани!
