We were with our two children who wanted to try almost all the cars in the store and had this opportunity before choosing the most suitable for us - a two-seater Mercedes GLC. Good attitude and huge choice. We are very pleased with the purchase

Do not support spare parts, frivolous attitude towards the customer from the service. When asked for a spare part, the answer was "call in a month", not to mention that the bearings of the tricycle, which we bought for about BGN 200, were damaged at 4 months. I personally would not buy anything from there.

If I hadn't called to ask what was going on with the order, I probably would never have received it. They called exactly once, for 3 days I could not contact. Too bad, I wouldn't order more online.
In addition, after urging to see what was happening with my order, the lady confirmed that it would be sent the next day. 4 working days later I'm still waiting. Absurd behavior. I will certainly not order more, even if you can't take the volume or close or don't deal with online sales at all.response / report this review -

Order problem. The product arrives in terrible condition. Dirty, greased with machine oil or something. After replacement and engagements with couriers, we receive a product with exactly the same problem oiled and dirty. It doesn't work that way! It is not serious to check what you send after you have received a complaint about this product.
