Perfect place for families with kids. Many pools, large gold sand beaches, not crowded, nice and quiet people. All the time in the world to rest and gain strenght.

Good place. Hotel is located right on the beach, very close to the sea. Big numbers with good views on the sea,recommend you to order number with sea view. Friendly and helpful personnel, small pool, suitable for kids. Places on the beach for extra payment. City Obzor located in 7 minutes by shuttle bus from hotel. Will be glad to visit again.

The food is disgusting, limited choice most of the stuff doesnt work the ice cream stands on top of an ice doesnt have a proper refridgerator.

The resort ensures that they have gluten free dishes in their restaurant, and that they label all food with allergens so that everyone can follow their diet.
This is as far from the truth as it can be!
I never saw one label with allergens, and most of the time even the dishes weren't named.
My daughter got served one small piece of bread for breakfast, and had to find the rest of her food in the buffet where the risk of contamination was very high.
For dinner she got chicken, rice and potatoes on a small plate, each and every day for 9 days (until we cancelled the half board we had ordered).
The food for dinner was almost cold, and the scrambled eggs were more soup than scrambled eggs.
As for kid friendly food, there were very little of such.
We had to wait up to half an hour before the celiac got her food, even though we had agreed to a time that was appropriate for the kitchen.
One time, they gave her food to others, and four times they even told us that they were out of bread for her (two were for dinner, and wasn't that big a deal), and didn't offer anything in replace.
I wonder what would have happened if they told the rest of the guests that they couldn't have breakfast.
Cutlery were not always replaced on the tables between guests, and if you went to get some yourself, you might just find that it was empty.

Our apartment was nice, but the stove and the toaster was not working, and there were very little utensils and pans, making it very hard to prepare lunch.
We had a large balcony, which was used as storage for broken sunbeds, parasols an tables.
They do not change lightbulbs when they are broken, or even check that they work between guests.

After a few days, my daughter had an reaction of having eaten gluten, and we had to spend several hours over 5 days at the doctors office.
I know for sure that it was not something I have given her, so it must have been in the restaurant.

It took the hotel one week to replace the stove and toaster, and a promise to move to another apartment that didn't happen because I didn't meet in the reception in the morning (due to the fact that I was at the doctors office with my daughter).
We asked the hotel for a compensation for ruining our vacation, and all they could give us, was 20 minutes with neck massage for two adults, and 10 minutes for two kids. A grand total of 60 minutes.
It was a slap in the face after all the trouble we have had.

Pool area was great, even though they could have cleaned up with water instead of brooming, and tidied the sunbeds.
And the warning that it was prohibited to reserve sunbeds with a towel, was just a joke.
Four times over 14 days did they remove towels from reserved beds, but should have been done several times each morning to be efficient.

This was our second visit to this hotel, and the last.

In short very low quality of hotel services and all inclusive hotel restaurant is so bad. Food and drinks are low quality, hard to chew meat, often no other fruits except oranges. Drinks are artifical, no fruits juice.The glasses, plates, forks and spoons are often dirty !
Overall the hotel rooms and beach would be nice but the services are damaging it all. Rooms are comfy, with new equipment, we had nice two bedroom appartment. Pools are daily cleaned and water in pools is crystal clear. However late checkout was with problems
EDIT: after complains to manager the situation with unclean dishes has improved to better.

The best thing in this hotel was our delegate Viktoria who managed many things for us. Thanks !

Not a good spot anymore. The people here are not willing to work. The breakfast is disgusting! Our shower was really dirty and don't eat at tropicana at the back of the hotel. We had a caterpillar in our food.

The only good thing was the Internet connection on the room. It was quite fast.

So, it is really no 4 stars hotel! So be carefully

Nice apartments, great beach, good for a holiday with family and friends. Minus for the lack of parking places. Big minus for the cleaning staff which is searching the luggage and taking sums of money (if you don't use the safe box). I heard that happened to someone in our group so I let signs and saw that someone searched my shoulder purse which was inside a bigger luggage.

What a great vacation by the beach. They have tons of things to do (mini golf, volleyball, bounce house, bike rentals) and beach is right there. Don't even need shoes to walk to the beach!

Nice spacious apartment with AC. Decent prices
Food - (all inclusive) - TBH far from my expectations, ended up, eating at the evenings in the town. Delicious local cuisine in many restaurants.

The staff is very unprofessional, we arrived and had to wait 6 hours to get a room. We payed for a room with view on the sea but they gave it so someone else. One night a car was stolen from the hotels parking lot. Their restaurant is heavily overpriced and the food is really bad.
