I just placed an order on the online store - it is meant to be a surprise order for someone, however it didn't allow me to enter credit card information. When I click "pay" it says there's a double order ID created and to contact the merchant. There is no way to cancel the order. And so it seems they might make the recipient pay upon delivery. Not a very good surprise to make someone pay for what was meant to be a surprise delivery for them.
Not very intuitive, considering this is a global brand. Please fix your process! This system is not functionalresponse / report this review -
