Service was great and the car was like new. Car was delivered to my address, no charge, and was right on time. Rental process was easy and quick. They even delivered a lost item to my address the next day. Would definitely use them again.

We did a round trip through Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania, with a rented car from Naycar.
To start with, the car was fantastic, zero problems!
Service was great, documents (green form) were prepared by Naycar (for crossing the borders between countries), the staff was professional and friendly, very decent cost.
We would definitely use their service in the future.
Highly recommended!

Overall we had a positive experience with Naycar. They had really good communication considering we had a last minute booking and made pick up and drop off very easy. The car was clean and well presented however one window didn't go down and the break shuddered / was slow when stopping in wet weather (we addressed these issues when returning the car and were told they were aware of the window and the brakes were like that because of ABS - although it didn't feel this way). However we had a good experience and the price is very affordable. I would recommend them.

My experience with NayCar was excellent. They are friendly and absolutely reliable in communication, give very good advice. I was highly satisfied with the car I rented and with their service. They deliver and pick up the car at any place in Sofia which is great added value. Prices and conditions are very fair. I really think they are a best practise car rental company and I will surely choose them again next time I´m in Bulgaria.

We rented two cars for a week from Naycar, a large Renault Traffic and a smaller Opel Corsa. The cars were in excellent condition, and served us well throughout the week in Bulgaria. The delivery and pick-up services were flawless, with personal delivery to our hotel, and drop off at the airport with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. The prices were also very competitive and we benefited from an early booking discount. I recommend this company very highly.

Excellent service and very good car (opel corsa, 1.3 TDI). We cross a board to Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro and Serbia easily because all include and they organized everything before we come.
We replaced one car-wiper and they refund us with no any question. Thank's for all!

Excellent service!
Rented the car for two weeks in July and everything was as they promised. From the moment that I landed at Sophia airport, where I was greeted by a NAYCAR representative with the car ready for pick up with all the cross border and other insurance paperwork ready and, me and my family on our way to 2 weeks vacation took only 5 minutes. Great job guys and looking forward renting again from NAYCAR.
