Another hotel in Pamporovo with a great reputation in past and not worth to be visit today. It is a part of Sharlopov hotels I used to visit a lot and most of it hotels are going down year by year. Sad to write such a review but this is a whole truth.

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Average wi-fi;
Nice fitness;
Decent SPA;
Nice pools;
Old infrastructure;
Old furniture;
Small rooms;
No isolation - music from the restaurant in front of the hotel & noise from the neighbour rooms (you can clearly hear a normal talk);
The temperature in the lobby is around 18deg C, you need to wear a jacket;
The temperature in the rooms is fine but the heater goes off and on at random intervals;
Food is good but not varied, few veggie options (except the fruits);

You're pushed to leave the room around 10am for daily cleaning;
