We didn’t stayed at the hotel, but ate at the restaurant and was really really good! Ordered two different fishes and both were perfect. And the desert was the same. Plus really nice staff with great English.

I recommend this place for all that loves good wine, food and service. The hotel is excellent and if you sleep over, make sure you do the wine-tour.

Loved it! The food and wine were exquisite! I read that they are "overpriced" but they are just expensive. There is a big difference. They are on the expensive side but totally worth it. The staff is friendly and well trained. The location is hard (if at all) to reach without an automobile though. The village where the hotel and winery are situated is pretty much abandon so make sure you stock with things you need - medicine, gadgets, snacks.

An "Ok" hotel in the middle of nowhere, with a very good vineyard estate.

The hotel itself doesn't really have a lot to offer, aside from an indoor pool with a nice view to the mountain, and the wine from the nearby estate. There's a Spa on site, but the staff there was so rude, we cancelled our booking for two treatments. You might have better luck.

We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant (since there's nothing else in the area to go to) and the food was ok. It was beautifully plated (and the salads were pretty good) but overall I wouldn't recommend people going there for the food.

Two reasons to come here are: the wine tour and the wine itself. The tour is included in your hotel package (you just need to talk to the receptionist and have it booked for you in advance). The tour takes you around the winery's different parts, including a very nice (and very impressive, for Bulgarian standards) Wine Museum, and ends in a wine tasting of 6 of their wines.

Overall, their wines are very good, and the museum tour is great (though only available in Bulgarian) so if you're "in the neighbourhood", give it a go.
