  Perfect place for relaxing. In the historic side. Meals and breakfast is good. Staff is really helpfull. Rooms have view of city.

  Great location for visiting the old town, clean rooms, friendly staff, very limited parking spaces, very firmly mattresses make sleeping uncomfortable

  The hotel is situated on the old, narrow streets of Veliko. The rooms are not very well equipped, but for the money you pay, you get a lot. :)
  The staff there is really awesome. They are very helpful and kind and do their best to have a great stay.

  Very nice and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is cosy and homie like.
  Clean simple tidy rooms. Very nice location.
  The food is on point, even when it's included in your offer it's very delicious and well prapared. They even changed the prapered dish for my personal taste, to be without meet, and made amaizing roasted papers.
  Would return for sure if I have trip to Turnovo.

  Хотела не е лош, намира се близо до центъра. Лошо впечатление ни направиха следните неща: Собствениците спряха бойлера и нямаше топла вода. Също така на сутринта парното беше спряно.
