  Twice as expensive as McDonalds in UK. Buns were not fresh. Pay extra for condiments.

  Good for a quick stop right off Trakia highway. It's the same you can expect from any McDonald's restaurant. I like it mostly for the McCafe inside. The restrooms aren't the cleanest, though.

  Mc D's is only for chips and ice cream in this part of the world for me.
  It is loosing its grip on being fast food chain and the food quality is far too low.
  Milkshake ordered lucky was a large one and when being poured from the machine the attended knew that there is something wrong with it. throw it and make me a new one which she did once i told her I do not want it give me the next one
  So customer service needs to be taught to everyone in Bulgaria at every level only then it will improve
