I would definitely recommend as a good place to store your luggage. I left my suitcase for a week while I went back to Britain. The staff are very professional and helpful and the location is very convenient. You can get the metro straight to the airport from the stop next door, and it is also very central in terms of sightseeing. They also off early check in/ late check out options. I will be using them again.

Great place to leave luggage for a short time to take a walk in the city. Fair price and great service. The receptionist called a taxi for us, it helped a lot! Super recommended

Good location & good service ! The staff tries to put your luggage in the right-sized storage locker; the price list is very clear in the counter. in this way, it’s convenient of tourists hand free to have fun in this city.
It’s close to one exit of Serdika metro station. Although there is one lift next to the exit of metro close to Locker ,unfortunately I don’t know why it didn’t work last week. With big luggage,you’d better check lift available before coming out from metro.

Professional and honest service. Well spoken English and service with a smile. I left my stuff there and came back with more stuff with a view to purchasing another locker, but they squeezed it into my original locker. Very honest service.

Excellent ! I couldn't fully understand how a locker business could get so many 5 star reviews, but once I used their services, I understood :) They helped me plan my trip to the airport, weighed my luggage (correctly!) and were generally very friendly. I would recommend you call before you arrive, as they work "as needed," which is most of the time with small intervals where the store is closed.
