Overall it is a nice place to eat a pizza. All of the other dishes take decades to get served. It's a bit overpriced as well.
Great food - POOR service!
The pizzeria is close to my office and I used to go there for lunch during the week. Two times in a row, the service has been a disaster: both times the pizza served was not the one ordered, food took over 45 minutes to be served, and yesterday after 45 minutes wait time, it turned out that my colleague's meal was not even ordered by the server. Both times we were offered compensation and freebies, which none of us was interested in.
There are other Italian food vendors (at a lower price) around my workplace. My colleagues and I used to go to Leo's to have a positive experience and enjoy good food. Unfortunately, this wasn't happening.
Your restaurant has lost regular customers for good, even after speaking with one of the owners the first time, your servers simply don't understand that customers expect good customer experience, and not attitude when servers can't get it right.
Attention: Poor people who think they'll spend 20 bucks at this place, stay the hell away. On a main note: One of the best restaurants for people who appreciate good food. Highly recommended.
PS: If you don't get the chocolate cheesecake dessert (served with tiramisu cream), you didn't really eat here.
Well i work nearby so on lunch time i'm very often there.
The food (pizza) is very good (but be careful, olives are with seeds, what was quite strange habit for me, didn't happen in any other country that I went but cool! Should be like a little info, its weird to eat pizza with olives that you have to in the middle of the piece, take out the seeds out of your mouth)
But now the positive stuff (that its like 9 to 1). Really great place (outside tables with great view on mountains and tennis club) Good customer services (that speak English) and they are really nice!
Also, the prices (7,60 for a 42cm vegetarian Italian style that is very delicious!)
If you are in hurry(hu-ngry :P) go for it!
Very good Italian restaurant in Sofia. The food is very good, the portions are big, they can be shared. One of the best pizza in Sofia so far. The price is ok for almost all the menu. Just be careful when order red meet because it's expensive, but really good.
Nice place, but it's usually super crowded , so it's better to make a reservation. Might be too noisy for a nice lunchtime or for kids.
Really overpriced, small portions and really bad service. We had 3 different waiters and they were completely lost all the time. Being an italian owner of a place is not enough for having a quality pizza place in another country. Not recommended at all!
Super delicious but extremely overpriced. Traditional italian food. Check your bank account before going.
My best choice to eat italian in Sofia. High quality of food and drinks at the right price in a nice place.
Everything is very tasty. The owner is an Italian, and also many Italians are visiting the place. There is free parking.
