There was no hot water. The place is run down and neglected. However the price is the same as in any other hotel in the area despite the fact that it doesn't correspond to the conditions. The breakfast was terrible just to loaf of bread. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is that it's located in a beautiful area deep within the mountain.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT CLOSE TO BLAGOEVGRAD AND CLOSE TO THE MOUNTAIN.THE VIEW AND THE GAME WITH SNOW ARE REALLY GOOD. THERE IS CAFE AND RESTAURANT IF YOU LIKE AND ROOM TOO FOR STAYING SOME NIGHTS. NOT GOOD FOOD SERVICES,NOT NORMAL PRICES AND WORKING ONLY FROM NOVEMBER TILL APRIL

Visited the hotel in summer. Poor quality for the price. Dusty rooms and corridors. No hot water in the shower. Mold in the bathroom. Brocken windows in the room. Very cold in the night with no heating. I've booked for 2 nights, but we decided to leave after the 1st night, and they forced us to pay for 2 nights the full price.

Nice family hotel for excellent price. Very close to Kartala slopes. Not a lot of services but great for couple of days of ski riding.
