I stayed at the Karolina hotel week commencing 11th September 2017 for a week with my husband and 2 of our freinds location was lovely a 5 minutes walk to a beauiful beach, a train from outside the hotel every 20mins going into sunny beach central and to Nessbar old town whitch was also beautiful. But the hotel really let its self down when it came to the food only because it was cold one morning they brought out a fresh tray of fryed eggs so l went and got 2 well to my shock they were ice cold also thay do not provide and soft drinks with your evening meal not even water you have to bye it from the there bar you can not take your own drinks in.On a good note our room was lovely and clean cleaners came in to clean every day and there were very nice and friendly. The guy in the main bar by the pool well rude is not the word, somone needs to teach him some manners.the young man on reception was lovely and very helpful always greated us with a smile and a hello.this was our second time to Bulgaria we would go again but we would not return to this HOTEL or recomend the Karolina to anyone to stay there.

Just loved it. Room cleaned every day, clean towels. Beautiful pool and roof terrace. Only had bed and breakfast which was lovely something for everyone all nationalities and not rushed. Highly recommend. Also only 5 mins to a beautiful beach.

Clean, moderately spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Good food, though expected more of local cuisine or sea food. Instead the hotel offers decent selection of good quality standard dishes. Doesn't blow your head off, but it's tasty. For me, the best thing about Karolina is the location - in the less noisy and crowdy part of the town, very near Nessebar. The pool is ok, but is too small when the hotel is fully booked. Nearby beach is a far better place to be at than the pool. The gym is sufficient for basic workout, but it's very small with equipment stacked one right next to the other. Greetings to the hotel manager, who shows she cares about the guests and their comfort. Summing up, good quality hotel for families or couples. Party lovers will probably enjoy more central locations of Sunny Beach.

I wasn't a guest at the Karolina, however it is absolutely lovely. They make a delightful cocktail. Very welcoming to families. Looming forward to returning next year

Близо до плажа, има бар, ресторант, басейн, СПА, собствен паркинг (10 лв на ден), Wi-Fi (8 лв на ден). Някои от рецепционистите имат нелюбезно и пренебрежително отношение, но не и към чужденците (основно руснаци).

Zimmer sind sauber. Personal bemüht. Schade, dass die Safes nicht direkt in den Zimmern sind, sondern in einem extra Raum unten in der Lobby. Lage ist gut, wenn auch nicht direkt am Strand.

Wir machen das mal nach dem Feedback-Burger:
Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel 🏨 ist nobel, alles recht neu und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sauber, aufgeräumt und klimatisiert. Jedoch nun zum Fleisch des Burgers:
Das Personal ist alles andere als zuvorkommend und freundlich / höflich.
Zum Frühstück gibt es immer das selbe, keine Abwechslung. Kommt man zu spät zu den Mahlzeiten, also nicht pünktlich zur Eröffnung des Restaurants sieht es mit den Sitzplätzen schlecht aus. Die Tischdecken werden regelmäßig gewechselt, nämlich einmal die Woche.
Zum Abendessen ist dann etwas mehr Abwechslung geboten, jedoch sollte man keine grossen Sprünge erwarten. Ein bis zwei Warmhaltebehälter enthalten etwas anderes.
In Bulgarien gibt es Birne so groß wie Orangen in Deutschland. Jedoch nicht am Buffet hier warten jeden Abend die selben Pfirsiche und Nektarinen und mickrige Birnchen die selbst in Deutschland es nicht in den Laden schaffen würden. Bananen werden geschnitten serviert, jedoch mit schwarzer Schale. Pflaumen werden serviert bis sie schlecht werden und darüber hinaus.
Es gibt noch soviel negatives jedoch wollen wir es hier dabei belassen nun zum LETZTEN Teil des Burgers.
Das Hotel liegt strandnah, nach fünf Minuten ist man am schwarzen Meer. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten auf der Halbinsel Nessebar bzw 40 Minuten an der Partymeile SunnyBeach.
Für das manchmal wechselhafte Wetter kann keiner was, aber ein Regenguss ist auch recht bei den Temperaturen.

Clean but unpolite staff. Terrible food. The only good thing was the baklawa. The beds weren't very comfortable either. I expected more.
