Food is good but it is generally little colder than it should be. The all elevators are broken way too often. Also shover does not work properly. Other than that, it is nice to be here.

Хороший, отель в тихом месте. Магазины не далеко, море за дюнами в 5- и мин пешком. До старого Несебра 20 мин пешком. Нормальный отель, соответствие своей цене. Номера лучше брать в 11_ ти этажном корпусе, с видом в сторону моря.

Iako hotel sa dve ** ali u potpunosti mnogo bolji! Soba je velika,prostrana kao i terasa! Sve savrseno cisto! Osoblje hotela veoma ljubazno! Sve pohvale i vidimo se ponovo! ! !

Very nice hotel!! Clean rooms, friendly stuff, nice food, so close to the beach, and such a quiet neighborhood! All in all, I strongly recommend hotel Kamenec for a summer vacation :) Way to go people!

Усмихнат и вежлив персонал.Студиото в което бяхме също ни хареса само дето за 6 нощувки нито веднъж не бяха опънати или сменени чаршафите,почистваше се само коша от тоалетната.Около басейните е мръсно с счупени плочки и мръсни шезлонги.Относно ресторанта никакво разнообразие в храната и блъсканица страшна по простата причини ,че можеш само в една посока и от едно място да се обслужваш.Също така 2 асансьора са прекалено малко за капацитета на хотела.

TERRIBLE!!!there is a problem with the reservation, first they said that everything is ok, after that they said that there is no such a reservation and also free rooms for this dates but when i told them that in the previous day we called and they said that everything is ok, they change and said again that we have reservation. After 2 mounts and some days before the day we should go there they anulate our reservation without to contact and inform us, when we asked them why they didn`t inform us they couldn`t answer and etc. But im happy that we didn`t go there!
