  This is a business center, where several international companies have offices there. You can also find a notary office in the building, which is convenient. There are a couple of restaurants as well, one focused on serving the nearby offices, while the other one is more formal and suitable for business meetings.

  One of the best business locations in the city. Very well situated and well conected. Has a metro station, close to Pliska.
