Location of hotel 4* - near center of town
Rooms 2* - not very clean, neglected
Breakfast 1* - the food was not, when we get there we found bread, 1 egg, 3 pcs of butter, and coffee :( + wicked waiters
So..try not to go to this hotel !!!!

Great views and location, free parking,
friendly staff.
The hotel is old and this can be seen everywhere, from the hallways, to the tiny crt television the room and the old smell. Clean and well mantained though.
Average breakfast.

Exceptionally poor service, they made us wait 1 hour for rooms in between 15.00 and 16.00 (rooms shood avaiable at latest at 14.00), and we missed the ceremony of the wedding we were invited to. They said they couldn't clean the rooms, because of few personnel. The hotel is made in a socialist 70's-80's fashion, no good light in the rooms, smells strange, the cover-sheets were as old as it gets. The breakfast is poor. Would not reccomend.

Found a scorpio in the bathtub in the first day. Small old tv in the room. The door to the room looked like it was from an abandoned house.

Back in the days it was THE place. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case but if you're travelling with a very large group it's still an ok place to stay.

Not a bad hotel. I liked how the presumably old look is quite quality build and how big a hotel in a small town can be. The VIEW is "oh my" simply breathtaking.

Quite a distinctive hotel. Very nice room and bathroom, very high water pressure, convenient location in a lovely town. Basic breakfast.

A very large, somewhat tired hotel. Rooms were clean but showing their age. Breakfast left a little to be desired - the hot food barely made it past tepid. The car park entrance was manned by pretty much the most unhelpful security guard we've come across in Bulgaria when we visited.
Views over the River Yantra are probably the best in town.

Very Old hotel and it really needs a lot of improvement done to it. This is the second time been to this hotel only for visiting the guests and this time due to the Culinary festival which we had to display our products but there is no maintenance what so ever.
Customer service is very poor as no one know what is happening.
Do not park your car outside the hotel as it has a time limit and it will be towed away by local police.
