Great in the summer when prices are reasonable, super helpful and friendly staff, amazing view, spa is fine, although the pool is small and a bit cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant is okay.

Positive - location
Negative:
- You can hear EVERYTHING from the next room. Not even minimum sound isolation
- No ventilation in the rooms. Do not go there in the summer!
- Slow service at the restaurant
- Food is on the average. Much better restaurants around
- Management is very rude. We had accident with resin at the restaurant outside benches. When leaving the hotel we paid attention to the problem and instead of simple apologies we got "What do you want me to do? We are not putting the resin on purpose there!"

Terrible restaurant! Only good point is that it overlooks the slopes, but much better to just walk around the corner to ANY other eatery. (I recommend Katina.) Hot chocolate was watery and full of sweetener. Chips were horrid. Poor service from waitress so grumpy she bordered on downright rude. Never again, even just for a drink.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are great, fantastic views. Breakfast is good but the food could do with being a bit hotter when served.

Staff are great, rooms are lovely and the views are superb. Definitely coming back. Only thing that lets it down is the food is not hot enough. It's properly cooked just not kept hot enough when served
