It's a Supermarket for people who like space and a big variety of products for a good price. Often find products that's not found elsewhere.
The spacious free parking helps a lot and in combination with free clean toilets, it's the perfect place to visit when your in need.
Personal is for a change nice and have good knowledge.
You will not feel like they're going to throw you out after you paid, patiently wait until your done, might generate long lines, but is quickly fixed with more cashiers.

What brings score down from a 5 is;
Confusing labels on the shelves in a wide verity of colors, but price stay the same. And not one single price per kilo or liter compare price on any label. This is seriously bad, only price per package! Is this even legal?
They often run out of some products and you have to wait 2-3weeks, but mostly this is very special products and my favorite Beer.
The surplus sales in the middle. Occasionally it offers some products you can use, but most of the time it doesn't. And don't get fooled by the cheap presentation of the products, price might be quite steep in most cases. In the end, it's surplus, not top of the line products, and prices should be accordingly.
