The rooms were OK, but cold. At the beginning they said dogs were allowed, but later we were asked to pay additional cost for cleaning and not to leave the dog in the yard. Completely disappointed from the misleading information they gave us!

OK place but it depends on the neighbors cause it can be very noisy but it is on a quiet street so at least there is no traffic noise. It's situated very near to Tsarevets.

Eu não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém. O dono não tem educação alguma e ele odeia animais. Quando chegamos lá, ele falava com a mulher dele como ela fosse uma empregada. Ele gritava e falava pra ela terminar de fazer a salada dele, porque ele estava com fome.
Os quartos são ok, mas você só tem direito a uma toalha de banho não importando com o tanto de dias que você irá ficar hospedado lá.
Em tudo ele encontra uma maneira de tirar dinheiro de você. Se você quiser tomar um café ou usar o cubiculo que ele chama de piscina, você terá que pagar.
A cidade é cheia de gatinhos de rua. No penúltimo dia que estavamos lá, eu peguei um gatinho pequeno que estava com os olhos doentes e levei para o quarto apenas para limpar e depois devolver ele na onde eu achei. O senhor dono do lugar veio cheio de raiva, gritando e falando horrores para sair de lá com o gato o mais rápido possível. O lugar não aceitar animais é ok, mas não precisa ser grosso e sem esucação com o cliente.
Não recomendo mesmo. 👎🏼

Location is nice but the rooms are just okay. TVs are tiny and you get one towel for 3 days. The owner isn't very hospitable. He can be rude at times. He'll find ways to charge you for extra features (pool, coffee, extra towels, etc).

We asked if pets would be the problem, the owner said no, however, when you get there he slams a charge for the pet (which should have been mentioned) he also slammed a charge of 4 leva per person for pool use per day, which was ALSO not mentioned on the phone when we discussed the pool amenity.

At our arrival the host was yelling at his wife to go make his salad and fix his alcohol for the night (very unprofessional)

The deluxe room was promised with a great view over looking Tsaravets and that was not the case.

Take your money and stay somewhere else.
The last morning I complained to him about music from one of the rooms and he responded that "the economy doesn't stop" which I understood as go eff yourself.
