Nice and cozy hotel. Perfect spa center with many different bathrooms. Bathtub and 4 pools are available. Two of them - hot.

Very nice, new hotel in Velingrad. The rooms are tidy, big enough for 4-star hotel and clean. There is an underground parking lot, SPA, in and outdoor pool, kids playground and meeting rooms. The only thing I would not recommend is the restaurant.

Luxurious and very clean rooms, quite surrounding area and a nicely designed Spa area. A clear downside were the meals. Breakfast was fine but dinner was clearly not well planned. It was weekend, yes, but the waiter seemed to be overwhelmed with our group of 12 (went there in September 2016). It took ages for the ordered food and tasted okay but not excellent (and it was only warm and not hot). Hopefully they have changed their schedule in kitchen since then.

Super large rooms that are very clean :) The spa zone is amazing, my favourite is the turbo jet Jacuzzi. There is a inside parking lot which is great for the cold months. Only by the food the hotel could have more to offer.

Very nice place to stay, it was pretty clean and the staff was very polite. The only drawback is that the indoor pool is small.

This is the best hotel in Velingrad. Great service, very large and clean rooms with beautiful views of the mountain. This hotel is like a 5 stars and I have no idea why it is only 4 stars.
