  Not many tourists even venture here. I stopped on my way to Sofia, I think we were the only English people in the whole city. None of the reception staff spoke english, luckily the porter did! It looks derelict form the outside but is OK inside. The rooms are very basic but the beds are pretty good and the shower worked well so was satisfied. Is a little pricey for what you are getting but there is only one other hotel on the outskirts of town.
