Не мога да бъда по-доволен от обслужването. Приятен и отзивчив персонал. Хотелът се намира на отдалечено от центъра място, което по никакъв начин не представлява проблем за запалените скиори и бордисти. Напротив, много си е закътано и спокойно. Гостите биват извозвани по всяко време до пистите. Храната е повече от добра. Чак си е за медал. :) Стаите са чисти и поддържани.

An amazing hotel - very clean, provided very nice breakfast, spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff! There is a shuttle to the ski trails in Borovec at almost any time and the hotel is situated at a quiet picturesque location!
