  Very cosy place. The indoor pool was heated at a warm temperature. Perfect traditional food is served. Beautiful scenery surrounds the hotel.

  Place is not well maintained, looks dirty, including the pool. Very limited choice in the restaurant. The worst of all is the service, it is merely terrible. Staff pretends that customers do not exist. Do not recommend at all.

  4*???? Who gave them those stars? Ifeel sorry for whoever build this place - looks like he put great effort into it, built with imagination and creativity - would have been an amazing place if it wasnt the people working there now. Only to mention - unpleasant receptionist, NO housekeeping (we had to buy toilet paper), worst servers ive seen - plus he cant do math, we had to beg for the dinner we paid with vouchers and it came raw, out of coffee in the morning, too bad there is no other reastaurant around and we had to eat there

  Самият комплекс е амортизиран Стаите са горе-долу окей, но спа-то е супер занемарено, сауната и парната баня не работят, за джакузито да не говорим - леш!
  Цените в ресторанта са надути, храната нищо особено!
  Давам тази оценка само заради прекрасните гледки наоколо, които те карат да забравиш всичко!!!

  Poor hygiene, bad food, bad service, high price for what you receive. Thay even charge you extra, for the olive oil, in the salad. There is no mountain view like in the photographs. I would not repeat ever.
