Splendid panorama over Pirin mountain. Rooms are excellent. Restaurant at the hotel is also very good. The pool area is a huge plus.

It was so much less than we expected. We had the studio , which is a big dark mansard with a really small window above the eyesight. The studio has not been cleaned long time, with spider webs easily to be found. The bathroom was ok, but the toilet needed help to start working. There was this bad sewerage smell. The hotel has swimming pool with a view. We were at the weekend and the hotel was fully occupied, but it seemed the stuff wasn't prepared. The worst was on the next day when we were down for breakfast, that was supposed to begin at 08:30, but didn't until 09:00, the personnel didn't apologize for the delay, and there was this angry bartender getting mad everytime someone wants to order anything. The coffee was instant and there wasn't any milk or cream for it. In general the best thing about this hotel is the perfect location, but I recommend searching for another accommodation in Leshten.

Базата е направена в Етно стил. Има басейн,парна баня и сауна. Обслужването и вниманието на работещите там е на високо ниво!

Посетих само ресторанта на хотела през зимата. Обслужването не е добро. Храната става, но не очаквайте много. Беше студено (от дограмата духаше). Гледката от мястото е много красива.

Мястото е прекрасно. Харесвам района на Лещен и Ковачевица. Хотелът обаче има някои негативи, като основен недостатък е обслужването, както на рецепция, така и в ресторанта. Храна е посредствена, а в закуската дори не е включено кафе. Любезността клони към нула и усещането е като да си натрапник, а не гост. Тъй като бяхме за празниците, имаше проблеми с тока и водата. За СПА изобщо не може да се говори, не сме го очаквали, но името заблуждава. Не бих отседнала там отново при наличието на толкова къщи за гости, където хората са искрено любезни и гостоприемни.
