We couldnt get our room first night because hotel was full (was booked one year ago how can it be full?),they kicked us to apartment. There has been days that they didnt change our towels. but the stuff is friendly and food is good,room was big enough. And it is not 150 meters to beach as they write u need to walk much more ,still not so far of course

Great place for relax and calm family vocation. Tasty cuisine. Nice place for business meetings as well.

Adore Karlovo Hotel, Sunny Beach and Bulgaria in general!!! My family prefer to stay here because the Hotel is calm and nice, located in downtown, and very close to the sea. The staff speaks my language, friendly and helpful. Restaurant offers fantastic dishes and bars with their cocktails just amazing! Highly recommend!
