Nice rooms, nice view, good services. The only problem is that when is dinner time, there is no place to sit, you have to wait too much to eat. But except that, everything is very good.

I've booked a 7 days holiday for 4 people.
I've called the hotel and after tenths of attempts someone answered and I couldn't talk to him because he didn't understood English.
The "big" day have come when we checked in.
They changed the price from 560€ to 810€.
Of course they couldn't explain us why because they don't speak English.
They was talking to each other in their language and laughing.
I have never ever seen anyone smiling.
The reception staff are extremely rude and avoid any discussion.
Food is very poor and any time you go get some food, they were looking to us like we were stealing something. No body to complain to. I have been extremely surprised about the bar manager behaviour. Very unfriendly and rude. Rooms are dirty with a bad smell. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
I would categorize as follows:
Reception staff - zero stars out of 5.
Bar staff - one star out of 5.
Food - one star out of 5.
Room - two stars out of 5.
If you won't want to be disappointed, avoid this hotel. There are a lot more hotels you can choose from, with great services.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, Don't make the big mistake to book a room with this hotel. Many issues with the room, the bathroom was flooding, the shower was broken and you just can't take a bad (2 kids and 2 adult in apartment for 150 euro per night). Then when you try to find a help about this with the stuff they finally say "YOU DARE TOO MUCH"!!! Can you believe this!? And more the key for the room was so cheap made that got broken the first time tried to unlock the door then the stuff said we WOULD SLEEP OUTSIDE (2 kids and 2 adult in apartment for 150 euro per night) because we were asking too much and the handyman would be available on the next day.I should have called the policebut did not..The staff is RUDE! There is absolutely none customer service. About the swimming pool, only 4 umbrellas for the entire hotel, and when you ask about than YOU AGAIN DARE TO MUCH!!
