  We stayed there July 2017. Very good location ON a clean sandy beach. Sea water very clean with a long patch of shallow water, so it is suitable for children and non-swimming adults. Sunbeds and umbrellas free on the beach. Clean hotel pool, free sunbeds and umbrellas available, as well. Room are very clean with free air-conditioning. Restaurant food was excellent, varied and and it was never crowded. Tables indoors and outdoors. Grill outside every day. Entertainment team for children. Staff speak Bulgarian, English, German, Russian. I must add, very efficient management of the hotel. Congratulations. Balchik is close by, which is a must see, a few minutes journey by taxi or car.

  Right on the beach, great location, but the building itself could use a facelift. Very nice and polite staff. Entertainment offered by a funny and friendly animation team. At 20.00, there is a 30 minutes minidisco for kids. The place is cosy, suitable for families with children. Parking costs 10 levas per vacation. Plenty of food and great diversity. Local beverage is free at the three bars, opened 10-23. Safe deposit boxes cost around 25 levas per vacation but are not in the rooms, but at the reception. The bathroom plumbing and sewage could use a reviewing, since it smells awful sometimes. Overall, a nice vacantion mirroring the 3 star level of the hotel.

  Je viens de passe une superbe vacance dans cet hôtel avec mes 3 enfants.
  La chambre mémé si n'est pas très grande est rénovée récemment, nettoyé tous les jours, pendants que nous étions a la plage ou au restaurant.
  Le grand avantage de cet hôtel et que il est directement sur la plage et on na pas besoin de prendre rien pour se baigner.
  Le grand inconvénient est un Mr surveillant de chaises longues qui venait tous le jours pour nous demander les passeports.mémé aux enfants.
  Le restaurant est ouvert avec une très grande choix de nourriture locale et avec des plats spécifique , la formule ALL INCLUSIVE est a recommander car on a tout a la disposition: boisson, pizza, glace au cornet et mémé la champagne est inclusse aussi :)
  La plage est située en bord de piscine avec les chaise longues incluse dans le prix d’hôtel, une piscine enfants est également disponible et surtout une équipe des animateurs géniaux qui s'occupe de nos enfants pendants que nous on se la coule douce :)
  
  Astuce pour la chambre : Face a la mer, car la nuit on est bercée par le bruits de vagues :)
